We're so excited to see you all in person again this year, but it's more important that all of our attendees are safe.

We're expecting all attendees to be as safe as they are able, given their circumstance. If you are able to receive a COVID vaccination, you can make an appointment to receive a vaccination here.
We've taken the following precautions this year to keep our attendees safe:

• Masks Recommended for unvaccinated attendees. We will have disposable masks available for those who would like one. Masks are not required for vaccinated individuals.
• Lengthened time between sessions to allow for distancing in hallways.
• Hand sanitizer and extra masks widely available for attendees.
• Outdoor activities around Salt Lake and all sessions available digitally to reduce time spent in a crowded facility.
  

As in years past, your registration will give you full access to Sunstone's event on the Whova app. In addition to all of Whova's normal features, you'll be able to watch sessions directly through the app. Digital attendees can watch via phone, tablet, or computer.

Yes. Sessions will be live-streamed through the Whova app, and will require an internet connection to view.

Absolutely! While you watch a session, either in person or through the Whova app, you'll be able to submit questions to the presenter to be answered after their presentation finishes.

Sessions are broadcasted and presented live, so you'll need to attend them at their scheduled time if you want to interact with the presenter. However, sessions will be recorded and uploaded later to watch on demand. Session will be available on demand about 2 weeks following the conference.

The people are our favorite part of the symposium, too! We've planned lots of in-person activities for our in-person attendees that we'll live-stream for our digital attendees.

If you're attending remotely, we've got non-streamed engagement options, too! Whova has a "meetup" function that allows you to type messages to other attendees and request a video hangout! Video meetups are free of charge and can be set up as many times as you'd like. Meetups can facilitate a group of as many as twenty! These meetups are visible to the rest of the conference attendees, but can be password protected for a private conference.

For 2021 Whova has also introduce a one-on-one video call between you and anybody else on the Whova app, which will be totally private.

Absolutely! Feel free to check out our Whova Guide here, and join us during the week leading up to the symposium for a live walkthrough of the app and all its features. You can ask the trainer questions and get familiar with all Whova has to offer as a digital symposium platform. You're going to love it!

Yes! Half of this year's session will be presented in person, and half will be presented digitally. If you're registering for our in-person conference, you'll be able to sit and watch any of our in-person sessions just like in years past.
