As people’s religious worldviews shift they often go through periods where it is difficult to find fulfillment in church attendance and the spiritual practices of their upbringing. These things can feel empty or even triggering. In this session we will explore framings and practices that can open up possibilities for spiritual deepening—supplementing or replacing those of traditional Mormon worship.
