Recently, students of Mormonism have written about teachings and policies Joseph Smith introduced (beyond temple rituals and Book of Mormon themes) which have Masonic associations. This paper will discuss these concepts and how these aspects probably reflect Joseph Smith’s “restoration imperative”.
